YSI 556 Multiparameter System

Rugged and reliable, the YSI 556 MPS ( Multiprobe System) combines the versatility of an easy-to-use, easy-to-read handheld unit with all the functionality of a multiparameter system. The YSI 556 MPS can simultaneously measure dissolved oxygen, pH, conductivity, temperature and ORP. The instrument features field-replaceable electrodes and is compatible with EcoWatch® for Windows® data analysis software. The YSI 556 MPS stores over 49, 000 data sets, has a time and date stamp with interval or manual logging. The YSI 556 MPS conforms to GLP standards and records calibration data in the memory. The 556 MPS comes with an IP67, impact-resistant, waterproof case and an RS-232 interface to connect to a PC. The YSI 556 MPS offers many options to fit your applications and increase functionality. The unit is powered by alkaline batteries or an optional rechargeable battery pack with quick-charge feature. The optional internal barometer can be user-calibrated and displayed along with other data, used in dissolved oxygen calibrations, and logged to memory for tracking changes in barometric pressure. The YSI 556 MPS ships with the YSI 5061 soft-sided carrying case.
