Amprobe AT-2005 Advanced Wire Tracer Kit

The Amprobe AT-2005 Advanced Wire Tracer Kit traces live wires buried or hidden behind walls up to 13 feet deep. It can trace unenergized and open ( broken) wires and performs tests without having to interupt power flow. The kit instruments can locate breakers, neutral and ground lines; traces wires in walls, floors, conduit and computer cables; and pinpoint shorts, ground faults and broken wires. The Amprobe AT-2005 Advanced Wire Tracer Kit includes: R2000 Receiver The R2000 receiver has two built-in detectors that are tuned to pick up the 32.768 kHz signals generated by any of the AT-2000 family of devices : S2300, S2600, T2200, A2201. The R2000 is designed to display the signal' s strength to enable quick locating of the conductor carrying the signal. S-2600 Transmitter 9-600 V - Load Signal Generators ( LSGs) When connected to an energized circuit, the LSGs will rapidly turn themselves on and off. This causes a light, periodic, current fluctuation that causes the power line to emit its own, traceable signal that can be detected back to the main generator without interfering with any electronic equipment and doesn' t require power interuption.
